1. When are the cut of times for orders?
The cut-off times to secure a delivery on a set day are as follows -
Monday Delivery - Order must be placed by Friday 12pm 
Tuesday Delivery - Order must be placed by Saturday 12pm 
Wednesday Delivery - Order must be placed by Monday 12pm 
Thursday Delivery - Order must be placed by Tuesday 12pm 
Friday Delivery - Order must be placed by Wednesday 12pm


2. How far in advance can I place an order?
You can place an order up to 14 days in advance


3. What days do you deliver?
We have 50 delivery slots available between 8am - 3pm, Monday - Friday


4. What Postcodes do you deliver to?
Areas covered are - 
SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5, SP6, SP7, DT11, SN10, BH24, SO51, BA12 
We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for areas that fall outside of these postcodes


5. What time will my order arrive?
Your delivery will arrive between 8am - 3pm.
Reeve the baker Ltd. reserve the right to amend delivery timescales depending on demand


6. Can I place an order for someone else?
Yes; you can place an order and pay yourself and then simply choose a different name and address in the delivery section at checkout


7. Can I choose a different address for my order to be delivered to?
Yes, simply enter a different delivery address at checkout


8.Is there a minimum spend on the website?
There is no minimum spend on the website, however if you spend under £10 a £5 delivery charge will be added to your order


9. Is there a delivery charge?
There is free delivery on orders over £10, a £5 delivery fee charged for orders under £10


10. Can I order a birthday cake online?
You can buy plain iced Chocolate, Carrot or Rainbow cakes on our website for delivery.  If you wish the cake to be personalised with a piped message, please place your order via any of our shops


11. Can I order online and collect from one of your shops?
At the moment we only offer home delivery via our website.  If you wish to pre-order items for shop collection please contact your local shop directly
