If you are experiencing issues whilst trying to place an order on our website, here are some trouble shooting tips to help get you on your way -
If the website is not displaying properly try clearing the cache of the device you are using to ensure that the most recent version of our website is being used and ensure no bugs have been picked up that may be causing issues.
- If you are using a PC or Laptop press Ctrl & F5 to ensure that you are accessing the most up to date version of the website
- If you are using a tablet or phone, please ensure that the tabs are fully closed and then renter the site
If you are having trouble at the first stage of checkout, firstly follow these steps to make sure you are completing the process accurately -
Step 1 – Postcode checker
Step 2 – When your postcode is recognised you will then be able to select a delivery date –
Step 3 – Click on your preferred date; this will then automatically bring up the time slot box –
Step 4 – Click on time slot button ’08.00-15.00’.
This will then confirm your date and time in the box and allow you to click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to move onto the payment page –
